Application for the Outstanding
Researcher Award and
Sponsorship to Annual General
Meeting of the
Japanese Society of Psychogeriatrics
With
the objective of enhancing the exchange of knowledge and experiences in the
mental health of elderly people in Asia, I am proudly announcing our Association’s
recent success in collaborating with the Japanese Society of Psychogeriatrics
for an exchange program between Hong Kong and Japan. Our Association is going to select two
winners for the Outstanding Researcher
Award and sponsor the winners to
present their scientific researches in the Annual General Meeting of the Japanese
Society of Psychogeriatrics on 24-25 June 2010 at KumamotoCity.
The sponsorship will be up to USD$1,000 per
winner covering air ticket and hotel accommodation.
On
behalf of the HKPGA, I am writing to invite members who are interested in competing
for the Award to submit your application with your research topic and an
abstract within 500 words to Ms.
Gloria Wong, 1/F, Block C, Castle Peak
Hospital, 15 Tsing Chung Koon Road, Tuen Mun, New Territories, on or before 12
February 2010. The final winners
of the Outstanding Psychogeriatrics Researcher Award will be announced by
mid-March 2010.
